Our Story

Welcome to the cause marketing site of of AMO-Employer Services, Inc. (see WorkforceAlchemy.com), Our mission is to join good associations, causes and support them, for free. It was started by Mason Duchatschek and his son Clayton, who wanted to figure out ways to help worthwhile charitable, civic and trade organizations overcome some of their greatest revenue and/or membership challenges.

Clayton helped conceive and develop this concept while working on a class project at Wichita State University. His class project involved working with others to create and execute a fundraiser. Rather than going with a traditional approach, they decided to try something new. They wanted a way to overcome the biggest obstacles involved in fundraising and since it didn’t already exist, they created something brand new.

Clayton approached his dad and presented ideas that made sense. They shared the ideas and resources they needed to execute the original version of this new fundraising approach. Since then, Clayton’s ideas have been expanded to help membership driven organizations increase membership and non-dues revenue as well. Their new book “Offer vs. Ask: The Nonprofit Executive’s Secret Playbook for Increasing Revenues” tells how.

Clayton and his group partners earned an A on the project. And, the non-profit group supporting the Wichita State Track and Field team earned revenue they wouldn’t have received otherwise.
